School District Bids are posted below as received.

Sealed Proposals will be received from qualified contractors by Montour School District for the following project:


The Montour Birko Stadium Paving Project involves the milling and paving of the access road and parking lot behind the stadium press box.

Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words “MONTOUR SCHOOL DISTRICT BIRKO STADIUM PAVING PROJECT”. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough must be scheduled with Mr. Darryl Yonkers prior to April 4th, 2024. Bidders may contact Diane Kerr at [email protected] to schedule a pre-bid meeting.  All proposals must be submitted to Mr. Darryl Yonkers, Director of Operations, 225 Clever Road, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, before 11:00 a.m. April 9th, 2024.

Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on this project. 

Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond made to the order of Montour School District, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal.  Proposals shall remain firm for a period of one-hundred eighty (180) days. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
