Physical Information

Sports physicals will be held at Montour High School on Wednesday November 6, 2024 starting at 4pm. Physicals will be held in the Athletic Center. Any Athlete that participated in a fall sport does not need a full physical, only a recertification form.  Physical packets will be available on the school website and in the Athletic Office.  All paperwork is due by 2pm on Monday November 4, 2024. LATE PACKETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Athletes will not be scheduled for an appointment if their paperwork is incomplete.  Appointment times will be emailed on Monday the 4th to each athlete via their school email account.  It is your responsibility to check your email for your scheduled appointment and arrive on time.  Late arrivals may not be seen.
