Physical Information

 

Sports physicals will be held at Montour High School on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 starting at 3pm. Physicals will be held in the Athletic Center. Any Athlete that participated in a fall or winter sport does not need a full physical, only a recertification form.  Physical packets will be available on the school website and in the Athletic Office.  All paperwork is due by 2pm on Friday Feb 14, 2025. LATE PACKETS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Athletes will not be scheduled for an appointment if their paperwork is incomplete.  Appointment times will be emailed on Monday the 17th to each athlete via their school email account.  It is your responsibility to check your email for your scheduled appointment and arrive on time.  Late arrivals may not be seen.
