MONTOUR VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
2022-23 School Year
- ALL Volunteers must provide a hard copy of their Volunteer Application and valid clearances. A valid clearance is one dated within the last 5 years
- ALL volunteers must provide a copy of the affidavit.
- The DEADLINE to submit your application is October 1st each school year. Volunteer
applications will NOT be accepted after October 1st .
- There will be a limited number of volunteers per building/activity and volunteers are
selected by the PTA. Please contact the appropriate PTA for further information on
becoming a volunteer or to confirm receipt of application/clearances.
- Hard copies can be sent to HR via your student’s school office OR drop off Monday –
Thursday between 8:30a – 2:30p to the Administration Offices OR mail packet to: Montour HR Office, 225 Clever Road, McKees Rocks, PA 15136
- Please note, ELECTRONIC COPIES will NOT be accepted.
- Certain activities that may require more volunteers will be determined by principals and HR.
- Be sure to retain a copy of your clearances as you will be required to submit a hard copy
annually. The district will NO longer keep clearances on file for more than one (1) school
