Sports Physicals for the upcoming 26-27 school year will be held in the Athletic Center at Montour High School on May 13th starting at 6 pm. Physicals are for students currently in grades 6-11 wanting to play a school sport next year. Please bring completed physical packets with you to the appointment. A completed packet must include a signed HIPAA form. If you fail to bring a completed packet or do not arrive at your scheduled appointment time, you will not receive a physical. Packets can be printed from the school website or on the sign up link. They can also be picked up in the Athletic Office at the high school and at David E Williams Main Office Appointments can be scheduled using the link below.
