Private Instruction and Athletic Training: No individual, business, organization, coach, trainer, instructor, or other entity may conduct private lessons, athletic training, camps, clinics, workouts, instructional programs, or any other activity for which compensation or other remuneration is received on Montour School District property without prior written approval from the District. This requirement applies whether participants pay the instructor directly, through a third party, or by any other means. Individuals or organizations may not advertise, schedule, promote, or conduct any commercial activity on District property until written approval has been granted through the District's facility use process. Unauthorized commercial use of District facilities is prohibited and may result in removal from District property and the loss of future facility use privileges.
