Notice to Bidders - David E. Williams Parking Lot Paving

 

MONTOUR SCHOOL DISTRICT

DAVID E. WILLIAMS MIDDLE SCHOOL

PARKING LOT PAVING

 

The Montour School District David E. Williams Middle School Parking Lot Paving Project involves the milling and paving of the entire parking lot and other designated areas at David E. Williams Middle School.

 

Proposals shall be delivered in a sealed envelope and clearly marked on the outside with the words “MONTOUR SCHOOL DISTRICT DAVID E. WILLIAMS MIDDLE SCHOOL PARKING LOT PAVING PROJECT”. A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough meeting will be held on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.   The mandatory walkthrough meeting will be held at David E. Williams Middle School, 60 Gawaldo Drive, Coraopolis, PA 15108.  All proposals must be submitted to Mr. Darryl Yonkers, Director of Operations, 225 Clever Road, McKees Rocks, PA 15136, before 11:00 a.m. October 12, 2018.  

 

Copies of contract documents will be distributed at the pre-bid walkthrough.   

 

Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage rates are required to be paid on this project. 

 

Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond made to the order of Montour School District, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal.  Proposals shall remain firm for a period of one-hundred eighty (180) days. The School District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
