Mr. Dominic Salpeck

Mr. Salpeck began working in the Montour School District in November of 2008 when he assumed the role of principal of the 7th and 8th grades at David E. Williams Middle School.  Prior to arriving at David E. Williams, Mr. Salpeck spent eight years at Sto-Rox High School as a teacher and assistant to the principal.  While at Sto-Rox, Mr. Salpeck was an assistant football coach, and he also coached middle school volleyball at David E. Williams.  Before working in the Sto-Rox School District, Mr. Salpeck worked in the educational/mental health settings at the Wesley Highland School and the Bradley Center. 

Mr. Salpeck holds a Bachelors of Arts from Duquesne University in psychology with a minor in history.  He later earned a teaching certificate from Duquesne University, completing his student teaching at Montour High School.  Mr. Salpeck earned his masters degree in education from California University of Pennsylvania. 

Personal interests include running, swimming, lifting weights, reading, coaching athletics, and spending time with family and friends .
